Two cheffes. One obsession: taking care of others.

A female-run culinary house, born of friendship and the belief that nothing should ever repeat.

Our story

Sel began the way the best dinners do — between two people who could not stop talking about food. Valérie and Megan built a maison around a single idea: that hospitality, done properly, is a form of authorship.

We don't offer packages. We compose — listening first to your story, your table, the moment you want to create, then writing a menu that will resemble no other. Couture cuisine, in the truest sense.

In your home, or the place of your choosing, Sel composes an entirely bespoke meal. We take the time to know you — your beloved produce, your memories of the table, the atmosphere you seek. From the mise en bouche to the final dessert, everything is dressed in the moment and served with discretion.

II — Collaborations · The maisons

Sel collaborates with houses of fashion, beauty and luxury to translate an identity into a culinary experience. Launches, press dinners, Fashion Week activations, edible scenography — we design and execute moments that extend your world, right down to the plate, in absolute respect of your artistic direction.

III — Événements · Celebrations

Weddings, anniversaries, corporate gatherings, weekends in private residences: Sel orchestrates bespoke celebrations, from the intimate to the grand. We compose menus to the measure of the place and the occasion, and travel throughout France — châteaux, villas, estates.
